Sleeping in(Alon of course, I wake up early) relaxing….
I let Alon sleep as I strolled along the beach, drank a fruit juice, wrote in this blog and just chilled.
I had a long conversation with the owner, the Rung Arun Resort was once quite a luxurious family run resort. She, her husband and sister had a large staff, the restaurant used to be open. Coved-19 killed the Rung Arun Resort, they had to let their staff go. Her husband now having to do maintenance on his own, fell off a tree and died. Her sister got a blood clot in brain and died, and she was left alone. Today she is 62 years old, with not much energy, she keeps a small staff and just does the minimum maintenance in the resort get buy. She never had any children.
Late morning packed up and went to the Baan Jai Dee Beach Front Hotel.
Started exploring the island, went to Orion Cafe for a healthy meal.
Mainly relaxed today..
