In general we arrived in Chang Rai at the wrong time of year, what was supposed to be a very scenic north is very hazy and smoky because of all the burning of rice and corn fields in Burma.
That didn’t stop us from having fun. 🙂
Pongphabat Hot Springs near Chang Rai
Free public ponds outside.
You can rent a private room in the hotsprings.
We then went to visit Sabaidee Farm.
Very inspiring and lunch there was delicious.
Notice the sky in the pictures, it is a bright grey blue, but you do not see the mountains or any scenery. There are actually should be high mountains in the background.
