We discovered delicious almond and macadamia milk in a grocery store fridge, tasted jack fruit and magosteen for the first time.
Left Bangkok at 16:00 and took a plane to Koh Samui. The engine made strange sounds before takeoff, which was quite concerning, the airline attendant said “Don’t worry we hear this noise all the time”.
Which made us just worry more because this means something is on the verge of breaking. Luckily we arrived safe and sound.

When we arrived at the airport it was raining, a hot tropical rain. Our driver awaited us holding a sign with my name, to take us to the bungalow hotel we booked. In mid way our driver stopped got off and was replaced with his wife who continued the drive to Moon Hut Bungalows. As soon as we got there she showed us to our bungalow, gave us a key ,said “We will do check-in in the morning”, then just left.
I looked at Alon, he looked at me and we decided the place was not to our liking (it was horribleš© ) so we picked up our stuff and just left. Locking door behind us and taking key.(We will of course return it tomorrow). I must say it was my fault should have done more research before booking.

Finding a taxi was hard, but we did succeed with the help of friendly locals to get on one of those pickups with benches in the back.(The same kind we said yesterday we will no longer ride because the drivers are not careful and you can fall out)
It took us a few hours, but at last at 20:30 we found ourselves at the Impiano resort, tired but content eating dinner at last.
Ended our day with a romantic night stroll on the beach.
