Exploring Koh Samui Island
Our first stop was Vikasa Life Cafe, a cafe in a yoga retreat, did not go to a yoga class but enjoyed the view and delicious vegetable and fruit juices, an a coconut of course.
We then went back to Moonhut Bungalow Hotel to return the keys. The young taxi driver who took us in his taxi pickup seamed really nice. We asked him if he could take us to the Secret Buddha Garden.
From Buddha Secret Magical Garden we asked the driver to stop at the Giant Durian Statue;
then to a giant Waterfall;
Tourist Market at the falls.
It is sad to see this 37 year old elephant in captivity, he looked so hungry I fell into the tourist trap and paid 100 bat to feed him.
Our driver then took us to a restaurant called Organic Farm and Cafe, but by the looks of the food it had changed owners and was no longer organic or a farm. 😩
Then back to hotel, our nice driver of course got a big tip for our wonderful day.
